Those Words By TungXsten

Sunday Mar 04, 2012

Sunday Mar 04, 2012

Growing up under the influence of some of the worlds greatest alternative and heavy metal bands of the age, it was only a matter of time before TungXsten started writing and playing their own unique brand of alternative hard rock. Those Words is one of many TungXsten originals that TungXsten have been storming the West Australian music scene with.
With their powerful stage presence, their catchy riffs and their soulful vocals, TungXsten fought their way into the finals of Battle of The Bands where they walked away with the honour of crowd favourites. Since then, they've been rocking the socks out of Scorcherfest and a number of charitable events around the state as well as supporting some of Australia's local and touring talent such as the Scarlets and the Vice Grip Pussies. This March they will preforming at several private venues but stay tuned, it won't be long before TungXsten is back on the public stage at a venue near you.
Those Words simply oozes grief and will touch even the blackest of hearts. This mournful melody will change the way you look at your loved ones. Visit Reverb for the full version of Those Words by TungXsten.

Brother Noompsy By TungXsten

Sunday Mar 04, 2012

TungXsten's song called Brother Noompsy touches on religious fanaticism. It doesn't matter if you're Atheist, Muslim or a Born Again Christian, chances are you know someone who thinks they have all the answers to life's meaningful questions.
Brother Noompsy will force you to step back, open your mind to other possibilities and respect other people's belief's. But more than that Brother Noompsy is an awesome excuse to put you devil horns in the air....   \m/   ....and wave them round like you just don't care.
Brother Noompsy is one of many original alternative rock songs that TungXsten have played around the state in their quest to conquer first the local music scene...and then the world. You're encouraged to head on over to Reverb for the full playlist of TungXsten originals or come & hang out with us on Facebook.
